As this is free Community Forum you must wait when some of the knowledgeable Forum guys (Jigoshop or others) are free to assist you on this - it depends on people's availability: it can vary from several minutes/hours/days or even weeks.

If you perform Simple User testing (steps described below) you can considerably speed up process of resolving your Jigoshop problem in case if any technical problem/bug exists (e.g. it could be some settings issue, not a bug).

Initial steps to be taken by the users who identified issues/problems

Before performing possible advanced issue/problem analysis from the Jigoshop developers side (if needed), it is expected from you to perform ALL the following 5 things/steps:

1) searching Jigoshop Knowledge Base in general, specifically the following parts:

2) Perform the following initial checkings of your web site / web shop:

  • check if you have installed updated versions of WordPress, Jigoshop plugin (and database - after Jigoshop update), Jigoshop extensions, XAMPP/MAMP (if installed on local PC) to the latest versions (if not done before)

  • check your minimum server requirements

  • deactivate (and uninstall, if needed) caching plugins, if any (e.g. W3 Total Cache or others) (e.g. W3 Total Cache or others)

  • empty your browser cache + cookies (e.g. using keyboard: CTRL + F5)

  • quit and relaunch you browser / try other (different) browsers / try to recreate error on another PC

  • increase your web site/WordPress memory and PHP Post Max size

  • check your Jigoshop Extension requirements/documentation (if the issue involves Jigoshop Extension).

  • try to think of any customizations/changes made on your web site / Jigoshop that could cause you issues in Jigoshop work

  • try to delete/uninstall Jigoshop core plugin or/and Jigoshop extensions and reinstall them again
