My images keep cropping, how do I set my own image without cropping?

Try using this plugin:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/post-thumbnail-editor/

From the media library, it gives you a new Thumbnails option, which shows you all thumbnails that have been created for a specific image. You can then multi-select which thumbnails you want to edit, and do a recrop that applies to all thumbnails you selected.
