Jigoshop_category shortcode not working

Q: I am having trouble with the shortcode for Jigoshop categories. I have added the shortcode into my product description correctly. When I hover on another product from the same category, the correct link displays in the bottom of the browser, but when I click it the current page loads again without the categories in the description.

A: This issue could be be theme or plugin related. Please, follow the Simple User testing procedure.
