Extension Requirements needed for extension proper work

System Requirements: In order to use this extension, you need to have the following FedEx credentials: 1. A FedEx Account
2. A FedEx Meter Number
3. A FedEx Web Services Access Key
4. A FedEx Web Services Password.

Renaming the Fedex plugin's folder and then its reactivation will solve this issue. You must do the following: (via FTP) rename the Fedex extension/plugin's folder from "jigoshop-fedex" to "jigoshop-fedex-1" and it will deactivate the Fedex plugin. Then you will be able to login to the site and reactivate the plugin and everything will work again.

FedEx Shipping Option Not Showing Anything

Q: I have the latest version of JigoShop and the latest version of the FedEx plugin. When I install and activate that FedEx plugin and put my API info in, nothing displays in the checkout area for shipping. I've tried switching information and enabling/disabling other shipping modules, but FedEx is the only one that doesn't work.

A: Make sure you have moved your FedEx account to Production. Once that's complete, you'll receive an email from FedEx that provides an Authentication Key, Production Password and Production Meter Number.
Also, be sure to use whole numbers and not decimals when adding dimensions (and weight) for products. So if you have a product that's 1.5 lbs, round it up to 2 lbs. (thx Jigoshop user for provided answer)
