CSV Order and Client Export extension questions

Nothing happens after extension activation
Q: I installed and activated the CSV export and nothing happened. I see no new menu option to go to the export area.
A: Try renaming the plugin folder and prefix it with
z-. Then it should be under the jigoshop menu
Q: I purchased Jigoshop - Orders & Clients CSV Export. When I select either orders or clients and click the greyed out Export button I do not get any information. What is the solution to this problem?
A: Go to the CSV export page in wp-admin side and watch what gets output to the firebug/chrome dev tools console. In majority of cases problem is with the plugins directory permissions so the browser can't load the needed files.
