Purchase Order Option

Hey folks ... so far, love the plugin, so thanks muchly for your efforts.

One thing, well two ... it would also be nice if you could have a option for a Purchase Order on checkout. Also, like MarkF suggested, table rate shipping woud be great. eg: $10.00 or 10% of your order, which ever is greater.

    Purchase order option should be simple enough to built. Table shipping coming in Jigoshop premium :-)
