REGISTER LINK NOT SHOWING UP NOR IS PAYPAL BUTTON
The Registration link is MISSING- on the sidebar and the
Checkout page. There is also NO Paypal button even though paypal
has been enabled. Any ideas? Please help!!

Guessing for the first part you either haven't wrapped your theme, or haven't done it correctly.
As for the second part: there never has, and never will be a PayPal button. Here's how Jigoshop works:
1. User gets on and finds a product they like
2. User adds it to cart
3. user proceeds to checkout
Now comes into play if you have edited any Jigosoph settings, but the default is:
4. Jigoshop collects shipping information
5. On clicking proceed, user is redirected to PayPal to pay.

Well I am using Simple Theme's Skeleton template that I was under the impression was created FOR jigoshop, so I thought it would work perfectly/IE; "wrapped for jigoshop"
Second part, I have seen users screenshots that show paypal button/area at the bottom that shows a Paypal button and Pay with paypal info etc
As of now there is NO button to click at all - it just shows the content of the cart
Pls - see attachments - 1 is of a site using jigoshop and 2 is my site checkout screen
3- I posted the IP because the site is still in development and the nameservers are not updated to show the site live yet :)
Any advice now I have clarified things? Thanks!

First part, round 2. Jigoshop had a major update (to version 1.0) a few days ago, as a result the majority of Jigoshop-directed themes are not working correctly right out-of-the-box. Check to see if the theme author has posted a update within the last few days. Otherwise, you might have to wait for him to make an update.
As for the PayPal button, ok I see where you are looking now. Are you sure you enabled the paypal thing? Other then that Im not sure why it wouldn't work for you in. It could be a jigoshop or theme bug.

I give up on skeleton. Now I have bought and installed the Genesis Commerce child theme from jigowatt and it wont even save my settings for menu or header!! I am really getting frustrated with the whole thing!!
