I've set up a client's site with Jigoshop and everything is
working great. However, there have been a few issues with customers
receiving download links that don't work. It seems that it is
related to IE as the browser - they click on the link and it just
opens a blank window but nothing downloads. I haven't been able to
distinguish any other commonality between the few orders that this
What the client wants to be able to do is manually send these
customers a download link for their order. Is that possible? Since
we can't figure out how to fix the issue, this seemed like a
possible next step, if the functionality is available. I appreciate
