Software Addon Extension

Hi, I'd love to use the Software Addon plugin highlighted at http://jigoshop.com/extend/jigoshop-software-addon/ but from what I can see, there is NO documentation for this plugin - particularly how to use its API to generate license codes, validate license codes, etc. I've looked at the plugin on Git and seems to be well-written. The readme says "well documented inline" but I really see nowhere in the code that leads me in the right direction on how to use the licensing code feature with an actual product.

Is there any documentation on this plugin? Has anyone used it and can provide sample code?

    I'm not sure if it runs with the latest Jigoshop well. If you want I can
    set an instance up sometime tomorrow and see if it even works.

    Thanks for the reply. I was able to install the plugin and it did give me a "software" tab option when creating a product, but I'm pretty clueless as to how to interact with its API.
