Deluxe importer not working as promised
When I try to upload my products, the Deluxe importer does not seem to recognize where the 2nd row starts, it just lists everything under the first row. This can't be right. (see screen shot)
Also it jams together whatever data is in the last cell of a row each cell with the data in the first cell of the next row. (see other screen shot) I changed the data in the affected cells to the word "blank" so you can see where the importer is jamming data together, creating "blank blank".
I totally understand that you folks are busy, it's cool if no one wants to be bothered. But I did spend $50 and right now I've got nothing. If I don't figure this out I will have to cut my losses and replace Jigoshop entirely.
