Fatal Error that won't allow me to activate plugin

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this fatal error? Really looking forward to activating Jigoshop as WPEC doesn't seem compatible with my Pagelines theme.
Error:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare my_action_row() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/elitemontessoriconcepts.ca/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-admin/display-items.page.php:395) in /var/www/vhosts/elitemontessoriconcepts.ca/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop/admin/jigoshop-admin-post-types.php on line 300

You need to delete WP-Ecommerce, as it is not compatible with your theme. If you need to transfer your WP-Ecommerce products to Jigoshop, deactivate your current theme, and activate the WordPress 2011 theme. Then you can use the WP-Ecommerce importer found here. After importing is done, delete WP-Ecommerce and activate your new theme.

Hi Sarah, just de-activate WP e-Commerce from the Plugins page within the WordPress Administration. I'd advise against uninstalling as the Plugin may have an uninstall script which could delete details from your existing store prior to migrating.
