Checkout page breaks if not logged in
I just noticed that if a user is not logged in, on the checkout page it loads another copy of the site where it is supposed to show the "order review."
See if you notice it too: www.whatisnoni.com. Add an item to the cart and then go to the checkout page.
Anybody else notice this issue with their site?

I had this same issue and resolved it by deleting my .htaccess file and resetting the permalinks in settings tab.
