Thumbnail distortion all of a sudden

I updated Wordpress and Jigoshop, and then added a new product in my normal way. The thumbnail image is distorted. Why?

I am using the Sally Store theme. Here is my site: http://blackheartletterpress.com/

As you can see the newest image (a match made in heaven) is distorted unlike all the others.

   Try to switch to default Theme (TwentyEleven or TwentyTen) to see if your
   current Theme is (somehow) the cause of that.

   Jigoshop is the cause of it.

   1- Go to Dashboard -> Jihoshop -> Setting -> Images tab

   2- Make sure you select "Yes" to all these:
   Crop Tiny Images
   Crop Thumbnail Images
   Crop Catalog Images
   Crop Large Images

   3- Make sure "Catalog Images" size is 150 x 150

   4- Install and activate this plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

   5- Go to Dashboard -> Tools ->Regen. Thumbnail and regenerate all thumbnail
