Account - available downloads - says "Private..."

Hi,
I just made a test purchase. The download link that I got in the email worked. But when I click on this page: http://downloadcraftshop.com/my-account/
then it says "Private...my_purchased_product_name..." under "Available Downloads".

And I have the limit for the purchased product set to "3". What can this be?

    Does it still say that if you switch themes?

    I had Pagelines before, and now I have Sommerce theme. I have done so much now that I don't dare to switch. I don't want to risk to loose anything or mess anything up now.

    Sommerce has been so very helpful with everything and any questions I have had, but on this one they thought that it was a Jigoshop issue.

    Do you have any other ideas? Do you have anything in Jigoshop that makes it say "Private...and:then_product_name" here under "available downloads"? What circumstances make it say so (Private...)? How is this "fetch" number of downloads made on this page; what can possibly disturb it?

    Maybe to create test environment on your PC and than try what Matt proposed
    (Theme switching):
