Track order page information - wrong
Hi,
I made a test purchase a while ago. On the "track order" page it
says this Just immediatly after purchase):
"Order #2783 which was made 6 hours ago
has the status “completed” and was completed 11 mins
ago."
Why did it say that the order was made 6 hours ago (when it was minutes)? I want to avoid any confusion information that can make the customer not understand what is happening.
What is the difference (in respect to what happens) between when the order was made and when it has the status completed. The email was sent within a minute (order completed?) from when the order was made.
