problems uploading fedex shipping rates

When I install the fedex shipping rates plugin it crashes my wordpress site. I'm installing it as a zipped file. I also tried unzipping it and putting it directly into the site via ftp. Nothing works. Please help.

    I want to know how easy it is to cancel support if the support doesn't
    actually help me. I'm hesitant to give you more money when the plugin I
    purchased won't even install correctly. Please help.

    Hi Sarah,
    I just tried installing the plugin on a clean install and it worked. Can you provide me more details about your setup - what version of Jigoshop are you using?

    If you'd like, you can create a temp account on your site and send the login credentials to:
    support (at) sixtyonedesigns.com

    That way I'll be able to see what the issue might be.

    Thanks for your help! I'm using Version 0.9.9.3.1 that came with a theme I
    purchased called FreshShop by Jami Gibbs. I'm going to email you my login
