affiliates pro incomplete

Hi,
I've just downloade affiliates pro, there is only one zip file (in the product page you adivice to install two zip files).
Installing the only one all the integration with jigoshop is missing... and there is a strange conflict: two pages of my site (build with pagelines) disappear... disactivating the plug-in the pages appear again... I hope it's a problem related to the missing zip file and not general...
