No I wouldn't convert all codes in Jigoshop. You will surely get
the next problem with another gateway, which uses the Iso2 codes
you already have.
The most comfortable way to solve these kind of problems would
be definig a new array $iso3 with the iso2 keys as key and the iso3
keys as value.
