Hi, how do you add the additional tabs at the bottom of the product post?

I have seen two additional tabs in some examples, Reviews and Additional product info?
thanks

Sure, you can add tabs, just hook your tabs to 'jigoshop_product_tabs' and 'jigoshop_product_tab_panels'. You can find all actions in the Knowledge Base

Hi, thanks for that however I'm not that tech savvy, where would i add that code? Is there a video tutorial at all? That would be really helpful? Apologies...

Am also interested to know how this works. It is on the demo of the theme I purchased but nothing in the tutorials about how to activate or use the tabbed content feature

If you are asking how the "Additional Information" tab shows up, it is when you add additional info like dimensions, weight or attributes to the product. The "Review" tab shows when you enable comments for the product.
If you asking how to add your own tabs there, then you need to know how tabs work and you can add them using the hooks in the above comment. The hooks code goes in your functions.php file.

Read the Knowledge Base, it has most of the info you need.

    Hi Ivan,

Thanks for your help, I wanted to add my own tabs. I found there is an easy way using the Star icon in the RichText Editor. This enable you to create Tabs inside the content area.

    Thank you

Yes, there is a Star icon in the WYSIWIG editor where you enter the description about your product. Have a look for that. I am not using the jigohop plugin any longer as was looking for some alternate features, however that is how I did it.

Alternatively you should be able to paste some shortcode into the page as well that looks like this - or similar, but this works on my site:

[tabs] [tab title="Tab 1 Title"] Content for Tab 1 goes in here
    [/tab]

[tab title="Tab 2 Title"] Content for Tab 2 goes in here
    [/tab]

[tab title="Tab 3 Title"] Content for Tab 1 goes in here
    [/tab]

    [/tabs]

Paste this into the "Visual" view, NOT the HTML view

    Thanks for you response!
I tried inserting that shortcode you provided, however when you click on one of the tabs instead of opening that tab, the page jumps & it closes the whole product description tab...

May depend on the theme you are using together with JigoShop, the shortcodes thye have setup for tabs may be different. I am using Flexishop2 theme, and that code works for me. Check with your theme providers support .

Sorry I can't be of more assistance
