cannot add upgrade

I purchased an upgrade, Jigotheme. Your instructions say to deactivate the Jigoshop in WordPress, delete the Jigoshop folder and download & extract the upgrade. It's not working - I don't know where the jigoshop folder is located, and when I try to upload the extracted file, an error message says no plug in is available. I can't find any more specific directions on this upgrade, so I'm trying this support forum.

Any assistance available in the way of specific steps to upgrade from the free version to the paid Jigotheme?

    Hi,

    Jigotheme you simply install as you would any other theme.

    Jigotheme is not Jigoshop. you can find some tutorials installing themes here:
