Blocking Orders for P.O. Box addresses

Is there a way to block/disallow orders for addresses containing a P.O. Box?

We are using a PayPal payment system and I haven't seen options from their end to block these types of addresses, thus the desire to try & block it via Jigoshop.

   There current is not. Let me also offer you this advice. Alot of people
   want to block PO boxes, and I know why. But I live on an island, and we do
   not have home delivery. The ONLY way we get mail is via a PO box. So if you
   block them, you are blocking legitimate customers.

   The client is pushing for the requirement despite the fact some customers may only have a P.O. Box. Unfortunately, it is out of my control (or choice).

   Bump...

   I still need a solution to this problem. Anyone willing to offer their programming services? We simply need a validation to disallow a PO Box on the checkout page.
